Will performance of CWFS be affected by water with a high sediment content?
For countries/areas with poor water quality (high sediment for instance), although the CWFS' itself has sediment filtration capabilities, additional sediment prefilters are recommended to help CWFS keep optimal performance.

Can the CWFS be used to treat all types of problem water?
CWFS is made to filter most water types, but exceptions are water with hydrogen sulfide and iron problems.

What happens during the Clean Rinse cycle?
The media bed is lifted & expanded to rejuvenate & then repacked for continued use. Dirt & sediment are flushed down the drain.

What happens in the event of a power outage?
In such situations, normal operation still continues but the display panel will be blank. The CWFS will not be able to do Clean Rinse but all settings will be kept for up to 8 hours.
