  3. What is the filtration media of the RO system?

    It is based upon Pre-Carbon, Reverse Osmosis Membrane, and Post-Carbon

  4. What are the temperature limits of water that can pass through RO?

    Water temperature can range between 4 ºC– 38 ºC

  5. How often must I change the cartridges?

    It is recommended to replace the cartridges every 6 months.

  6. What happens if I prolong the usage of the cartridges?

    For cartridges used beyond its span, dispense water quality may be affected

  7. Is the Water flowing out from the faucet drinkable? Do I need to boil it?

    Water from the RO system is highly purified and drinkable.

  8. Can I connect the RO system to a hot water line?

    Please Do NOT connect the system to a hot water line.

  9. Is there maintenance procedures which end-users need to perform?

    End-users only need to replace the cartridges when due.

  10. Can I use the water from the reject line for washing?

    Yes, the water from the reject line can be used for just general washing
