  1. Where can I place this HF1P-3A system & what are the dimensions?

    You can install the system under your kitchen sink. Dimensions: Width - 348 mm, Height - 400 mm, Depth - 89 mm

  2. What is the flowrate of water coming out from the system?

    At 4 bar incoming water pressure, water flowrate after the filter is 2.3L/min.

  3. If my incoming water pressure is low, can I still install the system?

    HF1P-3A system can work between 1.4 to 6.9 bar.

  4. How often must I change the cartridges?

    The cartridges set can filter up to 3000 liters, which translate to approximately 12 months of usage (may vary depending on local water quality).

  5. Can the system be connected to a hot water line?

    No, the system cannot be used for filtering hot water.

  6. What is the difference between HF1P & HF1P-3A?

    HF1P-3A is a 3 stage filter which has an additional anti-oxidant alkaline filter.

  7. What does the anti-oxidant alkaline filter do?

    The ceramics media in the filter will: 1) Generates antioxidant water for elimination of harmful free radicals 2) Generates alkaline water for neutralisation of acidic toxins 3) Micro-clustering of water molecules for  more efficient absorption of water and nutrients

  8. What is the type of membrane used?

    Polyethersulfone (PES)

  9. What are the filters capability?

    UF membrane: reduces bacteria, viruses, cysts & sediments.                  
    Anti-oxidant Alkaline filter: Eliminates Free Radicals, increase pH level, hydrates & revitalises body cells
    CTO filter: reduces chlorine and other undesirable taste and odour present in the water.
