    It is at 0.2 micron, which is a lot finer than the diameter of a single hair strand

    It can allow up to 50 deg Celsius

    It can filter from 5 to 15 liters/day (depending on quality of feed water)

    It can filter about 2500 liters (depending on feed water quality)

  7. Which kinds of water sources are suitable for K18?

    You can use water from the river, canal, well, lake, ground water, rain water, tap water. (Note: Not for water contaminated with industrial wastes).

  8. Do I throw away the unit once the lifespan is up? No replacement of cartridge?

    The estimated span is a capacity of 2,500 litres, of which you can clean in between uses with a soft sponge over the membrane. Thereafter, you may replace a new set.

  9. What is the K18 capable of filtering?

    It filters away particle contaminants, removes some of the bacteria & reduces turbidity (ie: improve water clarity)
